I don’t mind money going to restore lake/river/etc. water quality but I don’t want more of my money going to fund things like MPR.

While I don’t think that an ammendment to the MN State Constitution is necessarily the best solution to securing funding for these things that we value, in today’s political climate, I do think that it is the only way. For me, $56 over the course of a year is a small price to pay to preserve the things I hold dear as a born and bred Minnesotan (who happens to be an artist). I’ll vote yes!
